Welcome to the MPL's SCMOS RELEASE. Here you will find the MSU scmos standard cell library intended for prototyping use via the MOSIS VLSI Fabrication Service. We also provide some leafcells in MOSIS technologies for use with the Mentor Memory Builder program.
